Part 2, was published in April 2010, It was our 2nd Statin research Essay….. We began to shout to the wind the Demonic background of STATIN drugs 10 years earlier circa 1999. A total of 25+ years of trying to warn America.

Though we mention the issues of Muscle Wasting Disease….. OUR FOCUS WAS ALWAYS THE ISSUE OF Brain Disfunctions and the Parallels to the fall of the Roman Empire. Who would of thought 25 years ago that the American Empire could ever be on the verge of Collapse? Today, we can see clearly the deliberate lowering of America's corporate IQ….. we simply called it “The Dumbing Down of America.”

A recent article in Science magazine (March 2010) speaks volumes by what it does not say.

It was 1996, and a brand new miracle drug was introduced which was found to significantly lower cholesterol and since my levels of this evil and dangerous lipid along with triglycerides were off the charts by 3x the safe average – my doctors chose to place me on 4X the average dose of Lipitor. I complied,   pressured by both the constant barrage of commercials and a compliant national media pushing cholesterol as the most dangerous thing on earth.     After 2 months of these large doses of Lipitor I remember waking up one day and looking over to my 8 year old son playing in the living room.  A blank, hollow, empty stare was all I could muster, For the Life of me I could not remember his name! And more worrisome was the fact that I did not seem to panic initially or even worry, it will come to me was my only internal thought – 5 minutes later “Tommy” I shouted with a worrisome smile.  My job as a project architect & office technical guru was also becoming increasingly difficult – I could not “comprehend” certain tasks and conversations. This was something much more than my typical absent minded professor persona. I was losing my mind. I quit taking the statins, not because I was sure that they were the problem but because statins were the only variable that was recently introduced into my life. Within a few weeks I was back to my normal abstract & knowledge seeking personality.  Oh!  my arthritis that had strangely started around the same time, and for which I visited the doctors that  told me that I was just getting old, after all I was 32!  I was prescribed pain medication but this also miraculously went away.   14 years later and I have yet to ever feel the pain I had in my hands again.  A  research project was born.

Cholesterol may conjure up associations of cardiovascular disease, but growing evidence shows that the lipid has great importance in the health of the brain,

14 years ago when I did my initial research, Medical Science well understood that Cholesterol was the primary building block of the human brain. The evidence has not been growing, it has been simply overlooked by our national media news and watchdogs and countless doctors who blindly trust the data which they are given.

If Americans simply understood that their brains were primarily made of Cholesterol, and statins are unable to regulate were they actually reduce our cholesterol production – We would be able to make our own choices.

If Rome and its citizens understood that their lead lined water pipes were destructive to their overall cognitive intelligence – would they have continued to drink from the contaminated sources?  Would its citizens had simply smiled and chosen to simply lower their consumption of the tainted water? Would they have noticed their seemingly degraded brain function?  Is History simply repeating itself here in America?

Since statins are clinically proven to reduce cholesterol production found in our blood system, are they not capable of also reducing or replenishing the cholesterol in our brains!   Imagine, 25% of all our cholesterol resides in our proportionally relatively small brains. What they omitted is that our brains especially “Grey matter” consists of primarily cholesterol!

“A new study has found that a common alteration to a gene that controls the size of cholesterol particles slows a person’s rate of dementia and protects against Alzheimer’s disease.”

If a mutant cholesterol can improve the effects of dementia and Alzheimer, does it not also play out that reducing cholesterol, especially in persons over the age of 75 would be harmful to brain function and cognitive abilities?

“Individuals with the mutation—a swap of one amino acid (isoleucine) for another (valine) in the gene for cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP)—had “significantly slower memory decline,””

“report researchers in a paper published online January 12 in the Journal of the American Medical Association. In fact, those who harbored two valine alleles experienced cognitive decline 51 percent more slowly than those with isoleucine—and had a 70 percent reduction in their risk for developing Alzheimer’s.”

This is a wonderful scientific find, it is my prayer that it will be a “tipping point” in reversing and correcting our missteps in our fight against Cholesterol and heart disease which this researcher believes has been more harmful to the overall mental health of our citizens.

The results are preliminary, and the precise dynamic behind this cognitively protective phenomenon remains unknown. But the gene has previously been linked to longevity,”

A Cholesterol producing gene linked to longevity? Gotta love it…

 After 15 years of preaching and blogging on the subject of Statins and their  responsibility for hundreds of thousands of cases of brain dysfunction (cognition)  and memory loss as well as thousands of  falsely diagnosed rheumatoid Arthritis cases along with  my gut feeling that  statins are  the most likely cause of the exponential increase of Acid Reflux “disease”.

My greatest worry I wrote about 15 years ago was for my Country, America! What with just about every leader being placed on this drug that removes Lipids and cholesterol…… OUR BRAINS ARE MADE UP OF 80% LIPIDS!

Would not a  drug known to cause muscle wasting disease surely affect the tiny muscle designed to act as a valve to keep these necessary acids in their place?

Today on 02/29/2012 the national news agencies have finally reported on the adverse effects of statin drugs and their  responsibility for memory loss in countless victims.  It is just a matter of time before the  thousands of rheumatoid Arthritis diagnoses will be revisited along with the greatest national problem of (in terms of overall numbers) Acid Reflux Disease will be found to be as high as 70% statin induced!

How could this go un-noticed for so long? the answer is simple – Money.  The statin manufacturers of Lipitor, Crestor and others are one of network televisions biggest buyers of commercial time.

Add to this the exponential explosion of new customers for “the little purple pill”  Nexum and one can predict future evidences  of “collusion” between these two seemingly unrelated products.  Ask your self, if Nexum or any of the rheumatoid Arthritis drug companies were to discover a statistically high amount statin users also using their product would it not beg the question of there being a connection?

How was I aware of this problem?

16  years ago I was diagnosed with hyperlipedemia, off the charts according to my doctors so they used me as one of their first test subjects, and in the brilliance of our medical field because my levels were 6 times higher than anyone else I was “blessed” by being put on 6X the normal dose!

A blessing in disguise, you see these high levels allowed me to witness first hand in a short period what it may take 1,2 or even 5 years for others to notice.  Like a frog in the proverbial frying pan, often it is too late when good folks realize that their cure has turned out to be  their executioner.

Within just two months, I was aware of three major problems and side effects.

I often recount the story of looking over to my 8 year old son one morning playing in the living room and not remembering his name! But looking back, that was not what troubled  me – it was the fact that I did not even worry about it!  It will come to me was my only internal thought.   My work-life in a highly technical position was also becoming difficult, I could not even comprehend abstract processes, (A key for me, as a designer)  This was something much more than my absent minded professor persona, I even walked back to my office one day from an event I had driven to!   If it was not for my pattern seeking  temperament, coupled with two additional symptoms that were new to me I would not have realized the only variable that was recently introduced into my Life –  Lipitor.

I also had to begin visiting  a specialist  because of a new found arthritis that was crippling my hands.  The doctors prescribed more pain meds and simply told me I was getting old, after all I was 31 and had spent my “Life” working with computer keyboards.

Add to this the new experience that I had never felt before in my life – Acid coming up from my stomach and burning my throat and mouth.    Within just 3 months I went from one problem which could have been handled with a good diet and found my self feeling like an old man just a few years shy of my twenties.

As I mentioned in our article from two years ago, my greatest concern was for the overall “cognition” our Nation and “western civilization”as a whole.  I saw this conspiracy of silence as an attack on our Country.  An attack on England as well….  What with almost every major 40+ year old business or government leader taking this drug so necessary to control “Evil” cholesterol.

The same Cholesterol that comprises 80% of our Brains!  see our previous article “The dumbing down of America” with information on the science dealing with cholesterol and our brains.

Patterns.  I often write about them and point them out.

How interesting that the last great world power on which the Anglo American Empires were in some ways patterned…… SEE OUR IMPORTANT CODE BREAKING ESSAY HERE.   Was not the Roman Empire in the eyes of many reputable historians brought down by a combination of several factors which included the slow poisoning of their modern water system.  You see their incredible modern technology of running water came with a price – lead lined pipes did its job at diminishing the brain function of all its citizens.  Slowly.  Gradually.  Right up to the very end of this once powerful empire.
